Summary Edit

Dynamic Perimeters roaming pattern. Each city enables the sectors around it for roaming, once it is liberated. This is only slightly better than a "static" perimeter pattern, as it prevents militia from crossing from one city to the next in areas like Alma/Balime which touch each other. Only after both cities are taken will it be possible for militia to cross between them.
